Restoration of endometrial density and functionality with the stem cells treatment.
Endometrial regeneration with autologous mesenchymal stem cells is a reliable, safe, and effective method of female infertility treatment.
Inna Sapozhak MD, gynecologist, endocrinologist, fertility specialist, co-author of the treatment method.
Pregnancy requires not only high-quality embryos but also a healthy and mature endometrium. The endometrium is a dynamic, cyclically regenerating tissue, a unique model of physiological angiogenesis in adult women. It provides the implantation of the embryo and the onset of a long-awaited pregnancy.
Endometrial problems are common causes of infertility. Among them: Asherman's syndrome, chronic endometritis, polyps, endometrial hypoplasia, uterine synechiae, poor endometrial thickness.
GOOD CELLS offers innovative endometrial regeneration programs using autologous stem cells. The program can be continued by natural conception or by IVF.
● women who have experienced several failed IVF programs due to uterine factor;● women diagnosed with Asherman syndrome (to stage III);● women diagnosed with female infertility caused by endometrial hypoplasia.
Contraindication:
● oncological diseases or their presence in the anamnesis for the last 5 years;
● mental disorders and psychological instability;
● alcohol and drug addiction.
Treatment is based on the use of autologous mesenchymal stem cells. The capabilities of our laboratory allow us to grow the required number of cells in less than a month. A thin endometrium now does not mean infertility!
In the next cycle after taking the material, you can perform the procedure of regeneration of the endometrium and get a long-awaited pregnancy by IVF or naturally. Chronic endometrial problems and pregnancy can separate only a couple of cycles.
The treatment process
1. Consultation with a manager
Contact our managers to help arrange a free online consultation with your doctor to confirm the diagnosis and details to make sure that this treatment is suited for you.
2. Creating treatment plan
After making a decision, you can start planning a visit to the clinic in Kyiv. You will need to visit the clinic 3 times throughout the treatment: for a consultation, endometrial tissue sampling, and for the administration procedure, which usually takes place approximately 21 days after collection.
The first visit to the clinic to confirm the diagnosis includes preliminary diagnosis, analysis, and examination.
3. Getting tissue sample
Cell collection is performed by uterine biopsy in the proliferative phase of the cycle. This is a painless procedure. You will need to stay at the clinic for up to 2 hours.
4. Preparing stem cell product
After the biopsy procedure, we will prepare a therapeutic dose of your stem cells. In our laboratory, we will select stem cells from a selected sample, grow the required dosage, test and create a stem cell product for treatment. Usually, the production period takes up to 21 days.
5. Injection of the cellular product, the regeneration phase
The procedure takes place at a time determined by the doctor at the beginning of the menstrual cycle in the proliferative phase. During the procedure, we return your own propagated and tested stem cells back to the uterus. This stimulates the regeneration process.
The procedure is painless and takes up to 2 hours.
6. Fertilization
Depending on the medical case, in the absence of other causes of infertility in both partners, pregnancy can occur in one cycle naturally or as a result of IVF, even with the experience of unsuccessful attempts.
You can choose the IVF program with your own embryos at our partner clinic without changing the reproductive doctor.
Stories of women who have chosen an endometrial regeneration program GOOD CELLS!
“My husband and I have been planning a pregnancy since 2002. It did not happen so we went to the doctors. I was diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome. We tried many different techniques, but the problem was with the endometrium and then we decided to use the stem cells!Today I am pregnant and I know that this decision was fateful for us."
Woman, 38, birth of daughter
“I had 3 ectopic pregnancies and removed Fallopian tubes, 5 mm endometrium which did not grow further. We received treatment since 2015 and wanted a child since 2008. I really wanted to give birth without surrogacy. We didn't give up and won together with the doctor. The main thing is to not be afraid and believe, try something new. Thanks to my doctor and husband for the support."

Scientific reasoning
In 2020, the GOOD CELLS team, including Alyona Zlatska, Inna Sapozhak, Olga Gubar, and Anzhela Rodnichenko, published a scientific article in the authoritative British Journal of Medical Case Reports "Application of autologous endometrial mesenchymal stromal/stem cells increases thin endometrium receptivity: a case report". FAQ
Is endometrial regeneration a panacea for female infertility?
Unfortunately, it's not. The use of endometrial stem cells according to the GOOD CELLS method allows to restore the functionality of the endometrium as an important part of the reproductive process. But if pregnancy doesn't occur due to damage to the embryos, then the regeneration of the endometrium will not work, and this treatment will not be recommended.
Can using my own endometrial stem cells lead to cancer in the future?
No, it can't. It's a scientifically proven fact that this type of stem cell doesn't have the potential for transformation into tumors. It is important to understand that your own stem cells are an integral part of you. They "repair" your endometrium on a daily basis — this is a natural process. We only increase the regeneration capacity.
Will I be able to get pregnant naturally if I have tried several IVFs before?
The chances depend on your medical history. It is still possible, but you have to understand this is possible only if the reproductive material of both partners is of high quality.
Can I use embryos that were created in another clinic for transfer after the endometrial regeneration program?
Yes, you can.
Can I have an IVF program and perform an embryo transfer at another clinic?
Yes, you can. In this case, we will coordinate IVF and endometrial regeneration programs at the physician level for the best results.
Can endometrial regeneration help in the diagnosis of endometriosis?
Unfortunately, no. The use of endometrial stem cells can stimulate the endometrium to grow and function in a situation where the endometrium does not grow and does not perform its functions. Endometriosis is a disease characterized by an excess of the endometrium.
